


XI'AN

Xi'An is one of the ancient capitals located in the north west of China.
Xi'An plays an important part in the country being a fast-growing cultural, industrial, educational, research and development centre.
Xi'An has a rich and culturally significant history, been under the control of the most important dinasties of the history, starting point of the Silk Road, and home of the Terracotta Army of Emperor Qin Shi Huang.
The cuisine is particular and different from the rest of China. Yangrou Paomo is a well-known plate in Xi'An, a flat bread soaked in lamb soup with pickled garlic and chilli sauce.
