Guilin is a city of the autonomous region of Guangxi located in the southern east of China situated on the Li River.

This city surrounded by 2 rivers and 4 lakes is one of the favorite's tourist destination in Asia, renowned for its fantastic scenery, from hills to karst mountains, from caves to the verdant vegetation of bamboos and conifers, from crystal clear waters to rice terraces. "East or West, Guilin scenery is the best".

Guilin Liangjiang International Airport is connected with many major airports in Asia and it is very easy to find cheap flights on daily base. With 2 main stations, "Guilin Station" in the center and North Guilin Station" outside the downtown you can easily reach other cities or vice-versa from Beijing, Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Shenzen and Chengdu.

You can easily get around the city by bus for a fare of CNY 2 a ride, or by boats for a very cheap rate. Taxis are inhexpensive but hard to catch them during peak time. The best way to move in the city or in the nature is by bicycle, in fact it is possible to ride along designated bicycle routes.

Apart from exploring the nature in Guilin you can discover local culture finding out many aboriginal tribes which organize music and dance shows for tourists, gifting a wonderful experience and a good taste of their cuisine that range from varied dishes influenced by the Cantonese style. A famous dish is "Guilin Rice Noodles" made from oil and rice flour. The noodles are cooked in broth and served in a bowl of soup made from pork, beef, garlic, peanuts, peppers, and radishes.
